Work with appointments

New record

After the schedule has been set for the company's employees, information about them will appear in the journal. It will also be possible to sign up clients for the services of these employees.

  • Using the "Add new" button
  • To create a new entry, click on the desired date in the calendar on the left, the schedule for the selected day will open. Click on the calendar workspace

When opening the appointment window, enter:

Information about the client

  • Client data - use the search by name or phone number of the client or create a new customer via the "Create New" link
  • If necessary, add a comment by clicking the "Add note" button

Appointment information

  • Select "Location" from the list. If there is one option in the list, it will be inserted automatically
  • Select "Specialist" from the list. If there is one option in the list, it will be inserted automatically
  • Select "Service" from the list. If the service is bound to a resource, select the appropriate resource
  • Select "Date and Time"

Editing a record

If you need to change appointment data, click on the appointment field.

When opening the appointment window, additional sections appeared:

Payment

  • Amount - is set automatically when creating an appointment
  • Tips is an optional field
  • Payment method - at which cash desk the client paid.
  • Transfer the promotional price - when changing promotional offers or changing the client category, the administrator can transfer the cost of the service

Status

  • Select from the Progress Status list

Progress status

  • Accepted - Accepted this appointment
  • Confirmed - Client has confirmed appointment
  • Completed - Client has arrived
  • Canceled - Cancel this appointment
  • No-show - Client didn't show up
