Set rules for when appointments can be scheduled, get approval for online bookings, configure how your clients can cancel or reschedule appointments.
From the main menu, go to Settings > Bookings > Rules.

Meeting settings

Search Interval - Set the interval (in minutes) between available online records that are displayed to customers.

Appointment Time - Limit (in hours) how quickly your client can schedule an appointment with you online.

How long can you book - Limit (in days) how far in advance the client can order the service online.

Show business phone number when appointment is not available - If there are no appointments available on a given day, the customer will be shown the business phone number as an alternative way to book.
Meeting cancellation settings

Clients can cancel - Allow clients to cancel their appointments (specify time in hours).

Clients can reschedule - Allow clients to reschedule their appointments (specify time in hours).
At the end, be sure to click the "Save changes" button.
