Editing of the employee's work schedule

Editing of the main work schedule

  1. Go to "Settings" > "Employees" > "Profile"
  2. Select an employee and go to the "Profile" card
  3. Select the "Working hours" tab
  4. Indicate working days and hours
  5. be sure to click the "Save" button

Non-working days

  1. To set non-working days (vacation or sick days), go to "Calendar"
  2. Click the "Create" button
  3. In the window that opens, select "Specialist"
  4. In the "Service" field, select "Add non-working days"
  5. Set the appropriate "From/To" dates
  6. click the "Save" button

After saving the event, users will not be able to hold a meeting during these days

  4. In the Service field, select "Add non-working hours"
  5. Set the appropriate "From/To" dates
  6. Set duration in hours/minutes
  7. Set the date and start time
  8. click the "Save" button

After saving the event, users will not be able to hold meetings during these hours
