Categories of clients

Categories are labels that allow you to mark and highlight individual customers or groups of customers according to various criteria.

By default, 3 categories are created: Diamond, Gold, Silver.

Categories are automatically assigned to customers. Every day, the system checks clients for compliance with the conditions of the created categories, when the conditions are met, the category is assigned to the client.

Creating a Category

Go to "Settings" > "Clients" > "Categories" and click the "Create" button.

Basic information

  • Category name

Conditions

  • Select conditions from the "Type" list (By the amount of orders / By the number of visits)
  • Set the "Value" condition

Award

  • With a reward - activation of the reward for the category
  • Choose from the list "Type" of reward (Discount / Bonus points)
  • Choose from the list "Calculation method" of the reward (% / $)
  • Set the "Value" of the reward

Delete category

  • If the client has not visited the specified number of days, the category will be deleted automatically

Notification

  • Send a notification - inform about the expiration of the discount. Specify the number of days in advance before deletion, and how to send a message (email / text)
