Information in the client's card

You can view the client card with statistics in the "Overview" > "Clients" section.
All information related to the client is divided into 3 sections.

• Appointments

Profile

Personal information

• First Name
• Last Name
• Birthday
• Sex
• Comment

Contacts

• Address
• Phone number
• Email

Booking

• Allow online booking (online booking is allowed by default)

• Client category (set automatically)
• Date when "Became a client"
• "Last Visit" Date

Statistics

Customer statistics

• Purpose All - the total number of services provided
• Recording on the spot - the number of recordings made from the "Journal"
• Record online - the number of records made online
• Sold - the total amount of services provided
• The average bill is the average bill for the service provided
• Duration - the total duration of the provided services
• Completed - the total number of completed services
• Canceled - the number of canceled records
• Non-attendance - the number of records when the client did not come

Top 10 sales

List of services provided to the client with statistics on the number of services provided and the amount for each of the displayed items

Appointments

This section lists all customer records. With information for each position:

• Name of the service
• Sum
• Execution time
• Date of provision of service
• Where the record was created from (online or from a "journal")
• Execution status
• Payment status
