Adding services and categories

In MyClients! services are grouped into categories of similar services to make it easier for you and your customers to find the service they need.

To add services to the system, you must first create service categories.

Create a service category

In the main menu, go to "Settings" > "We sell" > "Service category".

After clicking the "Add new" button, enter:

  • Category name
  • Description is an optional field

After entering the data, click "Save"

Create a service

In the main menu, go to Settings > We Sell > Service Profile and click the "Add new" button.

"Profile" tab

Basic information

  • Name of the service
  • Service category - select a category or create a new one if necessary
  • Description - Write about the features of the service, materials, benefits and other information that will help the client make a choice.

Ресурс

  • A resource is a facility or tool that is required to provide a service and that is limited in use.

Price adjustment

  • Price - The specified price will be displayed/used by default
  • The cost is the company's expenses for the performance of the service. This parameter is used to calculate profit.
  • Tax - tax rate.
  • Show price as starting point - mark the price as the starting point for the customer
  • Show price online - this option is responsible for displaying or hiding the price when booking online

Reward settings

  • Reward - the number of points that will be awarded for the service
  • Cost - the number of points with which the client can pay for the service

Meeting settings

  • Duration h.- the duration of the service in hours
  • Duration min. - service duration in minutes
  • Online registration - this parameter is responsible for displaying or hiding the service during online booking

"Media" tab

  • Announcement - Recommended image width/length 150x150px. You can add a service announcement.

"Employees" tab

In this tab, you can specify which of the employees provides the service.

After activating the service for the employee, you can specify for the employee:

  • The price
  • Duration in minutes
  • Reward in points
  • Cost in points

If certain fields are not filled in, the information for the employee will be taken from the "Price Settings" service

At the end, be sure to click the "Save" button.
