How to set the "Rules" for salary calculation?

In order to create a calculation scheme, first of all set and configure the calculation rules.

Go to the section "Payroll" > "Rules". All created rules will be displayed here, they can be edited and deleted.

Settings and editing

"Basic settings" tab

Basic settings

  • Name - for example Calculation rule for the administrator.
  • Description - add a description if needed.

Fixed salary

  • The amount is a fixed salary.
  • By period - select the period for which the fixed salary will be charged (per hour / per day / per month).

The fixed salary will be calculated on the condition that the employee provides at least one service:

  • per month - will be calculated from the number of days in which the services were provided. If 1 day out of 20 is worked, then the payment will be 1/20* the amount of the fixed fee.
  • per day - will be charged only for the days on which the services were provided.
  • per hour - will be charged only for hours of services provided.

Guaranteed minimum

  • The amount is the guaranteed minimum.
  • By period - select the period for which the guaranteed minimum will be charged (per day / per month).

The guaranteed minimum will be calculated in any case, whether or not the employee has provided services. The amount of the guaranteed payment will be compared with the amount that was charged to the employee, if the amount of charges is less than the guaranteed minimum, then the guaranteed minimum will be issued:

  • per month - will be calculated from the number of days the employee provided services. If 1 day out of 20 is worked, the payment will be 1/20* the amount of the guaranteed minimum.
  • per day - if the amount of charges per day is less, then a guaranteed minimum will be issued.

Additional reward

  • Reward (%) - Additional revolving interest.
  • Type - from Location sales.

Additional negotiable (profitable) percentages from the results of the work of all employees of the location. Often used for salary calculation schemes for administrators.

"For services" tab

For services rendered

Determine the general remuneration for the services provided. This data will be used by default for all services provided.

  • Reward amount - enter the value of the reward.
  • Reward type - in percentage (%) or in monetary terms ($).

You can also specify the performance fee by enabling "Set value for categories or individual services"

  • of a certain category separately
  • certain service separately

Wages are calculated based on the data of visits (values in the visit card), and not based on calculations from the cash register.

Reward algorithm:

  • Total reward.
  • Reward for a certain category.
  • Compensation for a certain service.
At the end, be sure to click the "Save changes" button.
