Bonuses & penalties

Bonuses and penalties can be calculated according to various indicators that you set yourself. For example, a bonus for returning customers, no delays, good work, etc. Penalties for lateness, dishonest work, damaged equipment, etc.

For the most frequent cases, you can create templates of bonuses and penalties in order to choose a specific type of bonuses and penalties in the future.

Creation and editing

Go to the section "Payroll" > "Bonuses and penalties".

Basic information

• Name - enter the name of the bonus or penalty
• Amount - enter the amount of the bonus or penalty
• Type - specify the type: bonus or penalty
• Description

At the end, be sure to click the "Save" button.

How to calculate bonus or penalty?

Go to the section “Payroll” > “Settlements”, and click the button “Issue a reward or collection”.

Basic information

• Specialist - Select Employee
• Payment type - Select the type of payment (bonus or penalty)
• Indicate the date and time of creation of the charge
• Add a comment

At the end, be sure to click the "Save" button.
