Bonuses and penalties can be calculated according to various indicators that you set yourself. For example, a bonus for returning customers, no delays, good work, etc. Penalties for lateness, dishonest work, damaged equipment, etc.
For the most frequent cases, you can create templates of bonuses and penalties in order to choose a specific type of bonuses and penalties in the future.
Go to the section "Payroll" > "Bonuses and penalties".
At the end, be sure to click the "Save" button.
Go to the section “Payroll” > “Settlements”, and click the button “Issue a reward or collection”.
At the end, be sure to click the "Save" button.
